For Enterprise Investors, we assessed the banking platform, infrastructure, business continuity and cybersecurity of a Lithuanian financial institution.
The fund received an assessment identifying which areas were ready and which needed further work before the transaction could close.
Ardigen, a Kraków-based biotechnology company using AI, delivered its expertise on an hourly billing basis. Working with its management team, we developed a strategy to reposition the company as an advisory partner to the global pharmaceutical industry.
